What is the circuit for switched capacitor integrator if I used bilinear transformation?

Bilinear transformation is to transform s=(2/T)(z-1)/(z+1)

Integrators can have various time constants. the lower this, the faster is the build up of output. the bilinear transformation merely ensures that the infinite frequency is mapped to fs/2. So if you are looking for an integrator with time constant of say 1 sec, and fs is 1khz, I guess it is possible. Please see the following link and identify if it helps:
