We believe we have discovered a unique mental neurometric that directly correlates to a cognitive environmental state that affects the ability to return to normal organized mental process patterns. I need the best terminology to describe this unique neurometric functional/environmental state. Analogously, it is akin to a how fast the conditions inside a snowglobe returns to its prior organization after it had been shook into a chaotic state. It then takes a few seconds to return from the chaos back to the prior resting order. If our congnitive/affective process environment was the snowglobe, and upon experiencing the normal mental disturbance associated with daily operations, then our mental processes would become more chaotic and excitatory, afterwards attempting to return to its original resting/operating state. The rate at which this occurs is what i am requesting your help in identifing an appropriate terminology.
