I believe you are looking for an allometric equation. The choice of the allometric equation also varies depending on the end-use of biomass estimation. Most importantly, if you want accuracy - adopt destructive biomass estimation and develop your own equations. If destructive biomass is not an option still you can compute the biomass using systematic measurement of the trees and develop a localised allometric equation for your use. It depends upon the population size.
If the above-said options are not feasible, select an allometric equation from your study region or regions having similar edaphic-climatic conditions.

It is AGB calculating formula, but I need BGB calculating formula from AGB Anwarul Islam Chowdhury .
I think BGB=AGB * 0.26 and
Carbon content= biomass * 0.5

AGB = 0.18D2.16 x 1.32; where D is diameter at breast height. Below ground biomass (BGB) was estimated as 25% of the AGB (IPCC, 2006).
