you can use any kind of hydrophobic chemical with concrete, makes concrete less permeable.

Some times it is also observe that with the use of some finer particle (finer than cement) also reduces the permeability of concrete.

Tuffcrete is an 'acrylic copolymer emulsion' based additive for cement based coatings, mortar and screed to enhance its water proofing and mechanical properties such as adhesion, flexural, tensile, compressive and impact strength. 

I would recommend some new crystallising admixtures that provide waterproofing and protection against chemicals in the same time. One of these materials is sold commercially under the name of "PAVIX". It is also environment-friendly material !!

There are some brands that have chemicals that you can use for it, such as the MasterSeal of Basf. This additive gives you good results. I would recommend that you contact with the companies in order that they can give you some samples.

The fire resistance of any mortar depends on the properties, composition and the characteristics of  such mortar

Dear Abhilash: There are at least two ways to increase the resistance of concrete to water intrusion. One is by modifying the micro-structure of the concrete through the mix design. The other is by applying sealant or water-repellant materials on hardened concrete.
