Hi, currently Tobii is the world leader on this technology, so probably you should to contact them.
For my internship for my master's degree in computer science I start to work on this feature and I use their technology on a VR headset, but I don't know if it exists companies in research with better results.
If you are looking for an eye tracker, then it will definitely depend on several questions that you need to answer.
How much can you spend on buying that eye-tracker? Eye-tracking prices can vary from $100 to $1000.
What kind of features are you looking for? You need to consider the accuracy, calibration methods available, sampling rate and the software tools that they provided with the eye tracker.
What kind of application are you going to implement? Depending on the application it can be either screen-based eye trackers, eye-tracking glasses or VR headsets.
Also, if you are looking for a camera that can be used to track the gaze points, you need to develop your own algorithm to track the gaze direction based on the pupil changes. Without having an IR light you won't be able to achieve high accuracy with compared to commercial eye trackers.
