If good work is defined as work that is performed to the highest standard of one's profession (nursing), work that is performed more in the interest of others than in self-interest, and work that is personally meaningful, how would professional nurses across cultures define good work in nursing as well as the opportunities and obstacles to support good work. These opportunities and obstacles may differ across cultures but an international dialogue is important in order to influence both education and policy. I welcome response.
