it is very useful link but i need a software tool to measure the power consumtion of each state visually.

That tool if it exists, might add to the error of measurment of CPU/RAM cycles accumulated. Investigate why/how  SPEC 2000 is used  by measuring each process, CPU dynamic clock rates add complexity to the power consumption calculations
