I have already succeeded in transferring MoS2 and h-BN (few layer flakes made by mechanical exfoliation) to Si/SiO2 substrate using dry transfer method with PDMS.

Then I am now trying Fe3GeTe2, but it does not go down to the substrate easily compared to MoS2 and h-BN.

How should I do? I would appreciate it if someone could help me with my question.
