Dear Michel, you would need to have a general view or general principles such as binary segmentation or other calling algorithm, B-allele frequency calculation, etc. These knowledge are widely available on internet and in your language. However, there are indeed some specificities related to the platform that you use, whether it has constitutional oligos or SNP typing, or a combination of both. So, at the end of the day, you will need a training that is specific for the platform you are using. Normally, the manufacturers offer WebEx or other types of remote training to make you familiar with their Bioinformatic tools or to introduce some update or new features added to their solution. I bet you will find tutorials for the Bioinformatic solution adapted to your array-CGH platform on YouTube or similar repositories.
My suggestion is:
1. Get yourself familiar with terms and concepts reading on internet and using YouTube videos,
2. Contact the manufacturer or your supplier and ask them for appropriate literature and to offer a remote training. They are usually kind for that.
