I don't think there is; I'm also not aware of a 3-letter code for phosphorylated serine, for example. As the latter is usually denoted as pSer, you could consider using/introducing sTyr as code for sulfonated tyrosine residues?
Thanks Eef Dirksen for your answer. I was browsing through google and I came across a web server which is using YSU for sulfonated tyrosine. They use S1P and S2P for the PTM of Serine. You could look at their webpage in the following link:
