What are the ways in which MATLAB can be useful in C* analysis (Creep crack growth (CCG) rate)?

I have CCG data of C(T) specimens tested as per ASTM E 1457 . Data's include crack growth rate, load-line displacement rate , time etc. . The aim is to plot da/dt vs. C* (variation of CCG rate with C*).

How can I use MATLAB as a tool for further analysis of C*?

As far as I understand your problem, Matlab is probably the simplest tool to achieve what you need; just compute da/dt and put it in a "vector", name it for instance "D", then put C* in another vector and name it "C", and type something like

>plot(C,D)

to get the plot...
