In general I think that is no direct relationship between Artificial Intelligence and record management, because AI deals with complex and Fuzzy problems.
If by "AI" you a referring to machine assitance via some smart software or algorithm, then a relevant use could be analysing a large number of records (big data) to reveal some patterns or strings.
In the near future, I anticipate that improved AI could be used to do all the records management activities a human being can do, plus more.
Thus, AI applications in knowledge management (including records management/KM storage) offer strength, weakness, opportunity and threat - depending on how you look at it.
