given the generality of your question, and the importance and scope of the authors you menttion for philosophy as a whole, you should find some answers in almost any broader introduction to political philosophy. Those might be divided into more historical and more contemporary ones. A simple answer in a few lines should be rather impossible.
However, there is a book that - from a certain perspective - addresses your topic quite explicitly: Chris Thornhill 2006, German Political Philosophy: The Metaphysics of Law, Routledge. (see the attached link)
