One of the main duties of a teacher is the ability to motivate students to study harder.
• Put them in real life stories and problems.
• Ask them to develop a solution.
• Show and evaluate a gain from the pain.
Remember our first learnings when we don't even know how to speak.
Touch, burn, learn.
Enhancing self-confidence, self-esteem, acceptance of challenge, and the possibility of changing reality.

Quality is a byproduct of excellence. And excellence is a journey not a destination. The teacher should be an expert in his field and also learn how to communicate with the students (non verbally and verbally). You can't relate well and produce quality students with out effective communication.
