The challenge for organizations to comply with the law is of utmost importance to avoid the high penalties already foreseen. In this sense, one interesting point is understanding what are the impacts on the performance of insurance brokers activities. I'm currently developing a research about this subject and would like to get some insights and suggestions of literature that could help me to acquire more knowledge.
