Most of the research about cloud computing is focusing on the benefits of it's implementation. Can anyone give the criteria on how to identify and evaluate the weaknesses of cloud computing ?

- It requires constant Internet connection
- Does not work well with Low-speed connections
- Performance can be slow because of cloud's multi-tanent nature
- Virtualization and migration also makes performance slower
- Stored data might not be secure
- If cloud loses data, business can be screwed
