From your opinion or experience, what are the best two reference management software, that can export / Import the most usable file formats, have the most popular citation styles, supported by Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64Bit, works with Microsoft Word 2013 and later versions, easy to use, and have affordable individual license?

I agree with Ms. Kaminska. In the sciences most researchers prefer Zotero or Mendeley.
Thanks for your answers Anna Małgorzata Kamińska, Avishag Gordon, but What about EndNote is it better or worse than Zotero or Mendeley ?
I have found Mendeley to be the most user friendly.
Turn on : Free Software, Web importer, Cross platform (Windows, iOS, Android)
Turn off : Have to recheck/ correct manually, sometimes the details are not ordered correctly.
No idea about Zotero. Not a fan of EndNote at all.

I use and gladly recommend Mendeley.
It's free, it's powerful and it's versatile. You can do everything you need with your references, sync them across multiple devices and get some free online storage for them at the same time.

Alternatively, EndNote is a good choice as well, and though it is not free to use, its license prices are not unreasonably high.
For your choice of text editor, i'd like to give a quick recommendation as well.
While Word offers a huge degree of popularity, I recommend you branch out to using text editors that are more suited for researchers and, more specifically, were specially created with researchers in mind.

Mendeley is better due to it is free and can offer reference and citation styles in different formats for different platforms such as LaTex and Word.
