MIT and Stanford have public sites to allow you learn AI and ML. Just google it. Otherwise, you can use coursera, there is a good lesson for ML of Andrew Ng.
when I got into the field, I considered the textbook "Machine Learning" by Tom Mitchell (published in 1997) a good source to study machine learning and artificial intelligence. A link to it can be found on the following website: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~tom/mlbook.html
There are even new chapters from the year 2017 available for download at http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~tom/NewChapters.html
