It's a pleasure to meet you! Could you please clarify your question? What do you mean by 'best'? Do you mean the most successful in terms of the country's economy? You mentioned 'culturally' in your question- What do you mean by that? Do you mean which country is most cohesive and stable in terms of their cultural outlook/ current state (i.e. not much protesting, etc. due to culture-clash)?
thanks for your opinion.Most European countries like Greece, Spain, France, the economic crisis.I do not know the accuracy of this news But I'm not sure about Greece.my mean of " best countries" are the countries where there is job security and also jobs in countries for Immigrants are ample.
According to Current state of the world As far as I am aware the News,
I say what are the best countries in filed of economically and culthrally.the mean of culturally that is culture of peoples coresponding with Immigrants.
also,my mean from economic,income and expenditure for jobs and generally Low cost of living.
I would suggest look at GDP growth its a good indicator of job growth in an economy along with income. Currently, I would say USA, Germany, Switzerland, France, UK, Saudi Arabia are few among the developing countries whereas in developing countries I would suggest India, South Africa and China.
Thanks for the clarification! I’ve looked around and found some information that might be useful:
1.) ‘mapsoftheworld.com’ show that according to GDP (per capita $) calculations, the top ten countries from best to worst are Qatar, Luxembourg, Singapore, Norway, Brunei Darussalam, US, Switzerland, San Marino, Canada and Australia;
2.) According to Chris Helmen (2013), the top ten happiest countries (again in ranking order from happiest to less happier) are Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Finland, The Netherlands, Switzerland, and Ireland;
3.) Due to an article that I read by Gorodzeisky (2011), I think these results may become confounded when including culture as a variable, as some European countries do not look favourably upon other European immigrants and may therefore discriminate against them when considering employing such immigrants in their organizations.
Hope this helps

The country in which you and me live is the best place in the world...Life is a full cycle, the needs and wants of people vary with various parameters and nothing stand for long.. Culturally....As per Maslow's motivation theory, every satisfaction motive is founded upon the Physiological need (food, clothing, shelter) and affiliation needs. People need peace and the freedom to exercise their legitimate rights. Every country should uphold this, then the whole world is a Happy place to live... Monetarily or for economic reasons... depends on your perceived economic needs...
