I'm currently doing my master's thesis and I'm unable to find and questionnaire related to waste management (awarenessm attitude and practice) among school children (appropriate for a 3rd grade of primary school, not secondary school or high school).
I alreeady have found: Tomažić, Vidic (2011). Assessing primary school pupils' knowledge and behaviour concerning waste management,
Licy, Vivek, Saritha, Anies, Josphina (2013). Awarenessm attitude and Practice of school students towards household waste management,
Madrigal, Oracion (2018): Solid Waste management awareness (...) in Philippine Catholic Higher Education institution.

I can Suggest approaching local government organizations and even municipal water treatment nearby or other local agencies related with water usage and waste treatment, contact private companies within your reach or exposure through internet, some have programs that they use and you may adapt si you do not start from zero, and evidently what your are doing benchmarking to other’s development the area, be prepared to pioneer in this field...congratulations ... great topic and exposure to develope from the early age this very needed concept of resources care and management very much needed nowadays... finally involve a specialist in children development ( pedagogue) si you do not get very technical ... something solid will come out of this. Some concepts to look for zero discharge, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, ion exchange polishing, municipal waste water reuse. Some references in Mexico comisión estatal del agua (CEA), IMTA, among other do promote related activities in water culture management.
If we can do it with primary school students, that is to say, we are good at thinking for their right to live in a healthy and unpolluted environment.
