If we make fragmentation in a long video, we can get several parts or Learning Objects (LOs) from the video. In such a case, how the system can gather all comments from all participants? At the same time, how it can detect which specific part or which LO has many comments or fewer comments or no comments. Could you please suggest any effective tools for the detection of viewers' comments on different parts of a video content?

Dear Hermann Gruenwald , Thank you so much for your response. Facial recognition patterns might help in another way to estimate learners' engagement directly with the learning process. But in my case, the system needs to track/identify important video parts based on the learner's comments. So, I am looking for such kind of content filtering tool, technique, or programming, which might serve my purpose. Thank you.
