Obviously, I think. Social media can do very much before, during and after disasters to increase resiliency of communities. Education and awareness could be done very good by social media before disasters to better mitigation and preparedness. Process and Schedule good and real and effective news during disasters could be another advantages of social media and actually some punishment for better education in post-disaster phase could have so benefits.
thank you Professor I think it should be established to improve the status of internal social networks in the field of education Maybe it's a good idea to get an audience for the managers of these networks !!!
With colleagues I have done research on disasters and social capital. A bit covers also social networks, but there is surely much more to do.
