Hi,

I'm researcher, and i want to scrape TripAdvisor to collect data (reviews and public profile data) in order to use it for a research project.

However, by reading the TripAdvisor's Conditions & terms, i found that the web site prohibits that:

> "copy any content or information of this Website using any robot,

> spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any

> purpose without our express written permission";

Then, i want to contact the company to ask permissions.

However I'm not able to find any information on how to contact the company (Tripadvisor) in order to ask for permission to use data.

Could anyone please help me address this question to the right department/person?
