Transformative education is the need of the hour given the utmost requirement of evolving knowledge into skills and competencies so as the learners can thrive in the current global knowledge economy. Opening a thread for suggesting novel measures aimed at achieving the aforementioned.
E- learning is safe and effective.
However skill acquisition needs advanced modules and simulation which needs to be included in all educational curriculum
Focus on creating an equitable and inclusive education model for all, acknowledging that technology is a permanent and growing part of education. Emphasis should be on (a) Iterative, adaptive learning (b) Iterative, adaptive learning and (c) Knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning.
E-learning and distance learning offer a variety of learning opportunities that are flexible, adaptable and convenient for students. At the same time, it is necessary to find the necessary balance between present and absent forms of education according to the curricula. The peculiarities of the specialties and the need for attendance in some courses, experimental exercises, etc. must also be taken into account.

Rohan Magoon - We live in a global village and there is globalization of knowledge. New educational structures, procedures and terms have emerged in globalizing educational process. Trans-formative learning is the process of deep, constructive, and meaningful learning that goes beyond simple knowledge acquisition and supports critical ways in which learners consciously make meaning of their lives. An important part of trans-formative learning is for individuals to change their frames of reference by critically reflecting on their assumptions and beliefs and consciously making and implementing plans that bring about new ways of defining their worlds. Trans-formative education is based on a need to develop good workers in a ‘knowledge economy’, participating citizens in a globalized cosmopolitan society, and balanced personalities in a society that affords a range of choices that at times seem overwhelming. Virtual education, open learning, distance learning are few examples of trans-formative education.

Developing countries like ours needs to develop infrastructure for e learning which needs to be followed by training of faculty for the same.
It will take time but is achievable.
Ability learning requires specialized modules and simulation to be used in any program in education.
