From the view of Liberalist, this might affect countries who have bilateral agreement with China economically as stated by Uchendu Eugene Chigbu , due to its importance of having Interdependency between states in order to develop their economic. However, this idea seems to open another question regarding the roles of other countries. Does such a country able to develop their economic without having such Interdependency with core state such as China?
1. One cannot say there is reversed of globalisation. It is only India or USA or few western countries that tries to inact "protectionism" but the rest of world is very much appreciated in second round of Globalisation.
2. Global Slow down occurred from time to time. When a major global Slow down occurred, the status quo changes.
For China the present global Slow down will present itself as an golden opportunity which China might be willing to explore. These global Slow down will be short and temporary process as the global demography is changing. Asia, Africa and South America will ensure a steady globalisation.
Globalization reversal seems impossible by China or any country but the subtle emergence of trade protectionism as currently seen in US-China trade war might cause its slow down with adverse attendant of sluggish drive of FDI and its benefits.
