In condenser change of phase is occur. It means that latent heat is removed from condenser. But it is seen that the temperature of a fluid (air) outside the condenser is increased. so, query is that condenser reject the latent heat but the fluid outside the condenser gain sensible heat.

Heat rejected by the fluid passing through condenser is latent heat.Now it depends on the type and state of fluid which receives it. If it is air, naturally it will be heated and thus it is sensible heat transfer for air. Because air always a case of single phase heat transfer. If you use some fluid which supplied at saturated temperature corresponding to outside pressure and phase transfer is the property of that fluid then saturated liquid will now evaporate due to heat received by condensation process.
