I am trying to measured the exact material permeability of different conditions including size, concentration and shape of particles. i have problem with sedimentation during filtration that effect cake concentration and resistance and then the final solid permeability results. is there any one understand this behavior and know a good way to count it in the calculation.

My English is not the best to explain the methodology. Search in the Standard Methods, testing the resistance to filtration.
Cake filtration is a fairly well known technique that has been described and modeled using several approaches.
Check this paper "Breynaert, E., & Maes, A. (2005). Column precipitation chromatography: an approach to quantitative analysis of eigencolloids. Analytical chemistry, 77(15), 5048-54. doi:10.1021/ac050546+" for an example of how to approach this. The references by Rajagopalan and Elimelech in the paper should get u started on understanding your system.
