In our macroscopic Universe, the arrows of thermodynamics and of time have  forced verses, e.g., towards an increase of entropy and a "positive" time.

Is there a causal relationship between the two arrows?

In other words, does the arrow of thermodynamics dictate the verse of time, or vice versa? Or are they not correlated?

Is there an equation that elucidates their possible relationships?
