In this sense, colleges and other organizations have a big part to play. In addition to offering thorough instruction on integrating digital tools, they must to keep up with the most recent advancements in educational technology. This guarantees that educators are equipped to take advantage of digital resources, adjust to changing fashions, and ultimately improve the caliber of instruction they impart. In order to produce a generation of educators who can successfully traverse the digital terrain for the benefit of their pupils, colleges and other institutions must remain committed to the ongoing development of teachers' media and digital abilities.

La era post COVID, nos ha puesto a buscar alternativas creativas para continuar el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje y muy particularmente sobrevivir en el proceso de la generación de nuevo conocimiento con la investigación científica. Nuestro laboratorio perdió toda la linea de pez cebra con la cual veníamos aportando datos a nivel de la cardio toxicidad/cardio protección, ensayando con agentes tóxicos y potenciales protectores. Con un modelo experimental que fue imposible seguir manteniendo. Sin embargo, surgió otro muy creativo y de mucho menor costo como lo es la larva del mosquito Aedes aegypti . Con este, hemos podido continuar dando respuesta en el área de la toxicología experimental y solventar los destrozos generados por la pandemia en la dinámica productiva de nuestro laboratorio. Esto no nos detuvo para encontrar modelos animales alternativos, no convencionales, como la larva del Aedes con el cual pudimos cubrir compromisos con trabajos de grado de licenciatura, maestrías y ascensos profesoras que se encontraban por comenzar. De manera que la era post pandemia lo que ha hecho es ponernos a reaccionar y elevar nuestra creatividad. Marco. Alvarez. MSc.PhD.

The teaching methods have surely changed after the Pandemic. I have spent 1 and a half years of my degree in this Pandemic and was surprised the way labs that were made possible digitally. Digitalization is tough but we are all aware that it is easy to adapt to technologies if we are given a little push and guide. Speaking of my experience I never felt that knowledge was ever compromised just because everything suddenly went online. As far as AI is concerned , it is a topic of research and development, it is something the teachers and students are learning together. We can say that knowing about some algorithms can do the trick in neural network but we know AI is something that is developing exponentially. Workshops are very common these days and they are made mandatory for students and faculties in many institutions and definitely for keen learners an ocean of digital content is available.

Digital accessories can be useful, but they must serve the basic purpose. It is not simply about teaching, but educating. We want our students to become better thinkers, not simply repository of facts. Those can be very well managed by digital assistants. Originality, perceptiveness and intuition are human capabilities that can be enhanced by and through education.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers were given and paid particular attention tech training since everything was online. Trainings included the use of the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) which our school uses, the advantage and disadvantage of AI sites such as Chatgpt, and use of media to such as Facebook and Tiktok to promote the school, as well as feature the students' capabilities.
