Hi everyone. I would like to know the procedure to estimate the steam requirement to heat up process fluid (let say X) from 80 deg C to 150 Deg C using steam available at 10 barg. Is it possible for the aspen to estimate steam needed. Of course I have the heat duty(Q) and mass flow rate , properties of my fluid to be heated. Waiting for your valuable comments and suggestion. Thank you in advance.
Note: I did hand calculations but I would like to check these numbers with HYSYS.

You should use a heat exchanger in HYSYS. Define the two inlet streams. As one of inlets, define saturated steam (vapor fraction =1, P=10bar_g). The other inlet stream would be your process stream. Also, specify outlet temperature of the process stream (150C) and outlet pressures of both streams. Then use an Adjust model to change steam flow rate until you get saturated water at heat exchanger outlet. This will determine the minimum required steam flow rate.
Use a heater, inlet steam with vapor fraction 1 and output vapor fraction 0. When heat duty is previously determined, with specified vair fractions, mass flow of steam will be calculated.
Otherwise, you may divide the obtained heat duty to tbe water vaporization entalpy in 10bar,
