Am in need of standard instrument for measuring nurses knowledge and skills in using Glasgow coma scale in neurological assessment of patients.

OK, sir, but what I need is a standard instrument questionnaire which I can use to test knowledge and skills in applying this GCS among nurses.
Well this is what we call as GCS.we use it as it is mentioned.... In case of eye opening and motor response we do not need to ask questions from patient.... To check the verbal response... We can ask him his orientation like current place, home adress etc
what about this instrument, is it developed by you?@ Ehwarieme T A as according to my understanding permission was granted to our masters students by you as if you have developed the instrument?
