Which software do you use for DICOM image post processing (like EF measurements) for echography?
I tried a few of them like RadiAnt, Weasis, MicroDicom but it looks like that none can do what I need
I am using windows (I may use linux if needed) and I am looking for something free

You can try 3DSlicer or DragonFly. These may work and are free and functional in windows as well :)

Tho if you can get access to Mimics through your institution, it is the best!

You're welcome! You can try to get a trial access to Mimics as it may have some great tools for echo as well :)
