I am casting several ranges of concrete mix to perform strength evolution and permeability tests. If i perform permeability test on specimens,then is there any changes in specimens property ?. Is there any guideline for this using the same cubes to perform strength evolution test?
Though the permeability test is a non-destructive one, it is not advisable to use the same cube to test for compressive strength.
Which permeability test did you carry out? Most of the permeability tests requires conditioning of specimens such as drying or/and subjecting to specific relative humidity
It is better you use another sample, as you've initially dried the samples used for the water permeability test
It could be interesting to try compresive strength on cubes of same concrete with and without permeability tests carried out.

I think that there is no harm to test the cubes for compressive strength.
I agree to compare the compressive strength values of two set of cubes one without permeability test and the other after this test.
I agree with Sahar Moussa , if you want to do this test according to ASTM, you have to boil your specimen in water and I think it is better that you use different specimen.
