choose your frame, Assign > Frame > releases/partial fixity

and there you can release any resistance you want in any direction with any amount of partial fixity

Thank you for your answers .. I am trying to reconstruct the model in the example in Appendix F " the attached report" but I am not being able to get the shear and bending moment forces for the rigid and flexible connections.

The report is saying that "link elements" had been used in the spandrel beam to column connections?

I have also tried what you mentioned but I still didn't get the same results as in the example.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
