Why you want questionnaires I mean what is the use?

I agree with Ahmad Khalid Khan. We need a bit more information. For instance what kind of auditors are you studying? Internal auditors? External auditors? Safety auditors? Tax auditors?

Researchers should construct their questionnaires themselves based on literature. For each variable, they have to construct a question to measure the variable. Thus, you should find a measure for audit fatigue and a measure for audit quality (sea literature and consider the context of the study). I thik that you can find a lot of measures for audit quality. Besides, you sould refer to books dealing with the methodology based on questionnaires. Good luck

Try to create your questionnaire according to your aim of doing the research. Meaning;

• What the aim of the study!
• What you want to find out!
• If it suits your literature!
