Processing of superconducting materials depends on their type - is defferent for metallic compounds and, for example, ceramic high-temperature superconductors. Using conventional metallic superconductors you can draw wires or nanowires even at room temperature, please, see my article attached. For high-temperature other technology should be apllied, like PIP (powder in tube), thin film deposition etc.
