Quality assurance of mechanical systems/ ask for book recommendations?

Dear everyone

I'm looking for books and articles that deals with quality assurance of products/systems (Function testing, reliability testing, validation testing, …). I was wondering if anyone can recommend a book/article.

PS. I read the ''Usability testing and research/Barnum", which was quite beneficial but deals with system usability. I am looking for a book with similar approch.
