Need help regarding some good research article/papers as to how to incorporate inputs from consultant/advisers based on their interview taken to under stand some business related phenomenon.
The reason why i asked this questions is that this is not interviews taken from the business heads or executives to understand the phenomenon in their company. It is more about understanding business related phenomenon by taking interview from the consultants/advisers who have interacted with different businesses.
I am looking for good research articles preferably in strategic management where earlier researchers have used this data (based on interview taken from consultants/advisers) to analyze business phenomenon.

After evaluating the candidate he should be called for the discussion in the line which his performance in his career
For business-related problems, it covers mainline of MAN, MONEY, & MATERIAL, these are the three basic pillars for the business & consultant have to view the planned program of the business in the line with said pillars of business which may help to guide the candidate & also to prove & process for the business development for the company.
