Thank you dear Jasna, for your lucid explanation and the additional reference materials. One more thing that caught my attention in your explanation is the contextualization of those concepts. 

I also agree with you that there is plenty of high-quality of literature on the above terminologies, and that in reading them priority should be given to more recent ones.  Authors should try to explain the context and applicability  of these terms when they are used so as to minimize ambiguity for young researchers like us. As you rightly said some of the terms could be country-specific.
