I am seeking for some real world example of implementation of AI based Economic Load Dispatch, Unit Commitment or Optimization of Power System.
I have seen some example of Genetic Algorithm based Optimization problems as a case study in Nigerian Grids and also some others but yet to see actual implementation of such algorithms or even the ELD or UC algorithms.
Any references or ideas would be a great help in my ongoing research.

Thanks for posting good question. So far, the implementation of AI based optimization in power system is limited to only academic research. You can see thousands of papers in this field, but they are not actually implemented for practical applications. Consultancy companies/TNO/DNO/ISO are still using conventional algorithms as they very robust ... it does not mean that AI based optimization is not worthy of implementation.... but the actual practical conditions where AI optimization can be used is not given much attention .... somehow I tried to introduce this problem in my recent publications .... you can have a look if you want....

Actually, i have been working on the topic of Genetic Algorithm based Optimization of Power Grid since quite a time now. In fact, i have been able to extract positive results with Nepelese Power System as test grid.
I dont want to leave it just there and want to take a step forward then just a academic study. I am working on the feasibility of the implementation of my proposed solution in a test Grid in actual. I am seeking for references so that i could get some benchmarks.
After all, it is already a high time we think about implementing out study results in real world rather than piling up the academics only. Isn't it?.
Could you help in some way?
