In CST or HFSS by seeing the Axial Raio of the antenna we can tell that whether the antenna is circularly polarized or elliptically polarized or linearly polarized, But How we can differentiate between Vertical , Horizontal and slant polarizations in Simulator?

See E field intensity pattern change in plane perpendicular to feed points (single or multiple). Same can be verified during antenna polarization testing setup to confirm.
In CST I think, and HFSS I expect, you can plot the polar diagram in any polarization you want. You can also obtain the complex signal of any two orthogonal polarization components, from which you can get the actual polarization, by adding them together.
Malcolm White can you tell me how to see the results in CST as you mentioned. Because I can plot the polar diagram but how it is related to polarization that I am not able to understand.

Then find the far field section. There are lots of options you could use. This is for the 2017 version but it should give you a good start.
