The mechanism for color measurement can be done with a regional tagging process at three points in the body of each fish. Use Photoshop® CS5 software in the anterior-posterior, median and caudal regions. Position in the center of a graph paper and capture the photographic record with the aid of a digital camera, the photographs being taken at a macro focus distance in automatic mode, without flash. The procedure for reading the dots follows the [Image] - [Mode] - [Coordinates Selection] commands, with the values presented in the visual chromaticity diagram of the color space by the hue and saturation diagram.
