What are the methods of detection? plagiarism is the absence of citation to other authors material, but do you have to rephrase then cite to avoid similarity? is there a free trustworthy tools for checking the percentage? is there a threshold for similarity? isn't it a detection fault when the similarity reports point that you used the same variable name x, t, u, y in a mathematical equations, do you have to change them?

Stealing of resources of other workers without expressing his/ her name is same to me when they are termed at different names ( as plagiarism or similarity) or whether they are opened or remain hidden.
