I am trying to classify my compounds using their Pka and Kow values into acidic polar, acidic midpolar, acidic non polar, basic polar.........in order to draw general behavioral interpretations.
I am confused about compounds that have two or more than two pka values (strongest acidic, strongest basic...) Where should I put them in? Which pka value should I consider?

As per my knowledge, the pKa values denotes how much an acid can dissociate. This is generally used for weak acids or equivalent. Strong acids dissociate completely and has very low pKa value.
Weak acids, at a given solution pH and strength, exists both in dissociated and undissociated form in an equilibrium, however two pKa values represents either the presence of two different functional groups associated with the molecule or it reflects different solution concentration of same compound.
