The magnetic field dependence of the power-law exponent (gamma) of the magnetic 1/f noise and magnetoresistance were attached. To eliminate the magnetic after effect, each data point was obtained after the MTJ was stabilized at a certain magnetic field for 1000 s. Also, no RTN was observed in all measurements. However, the abrupt change of the exponent still occurred at the AP state during the magnetic reversal. This behavior was observed in all eight MTJs.

I'm quite confused about the physical meaning of the observed phenomenon. May I have any suggestion? Thanks a lot.
