As far as I know, providing common material properties and bonded material properties would do good for simulating a lab test.

I am also a new user of PFC. Currently I am trying to simulate a triaxial test in PFC3D (5.0).

Yes, I have already read the material modeling support section on the Itasca website.

And yes, I am calibrating the contact model on the results of the lab tests. I have also done a parametric study to understand which parameters have more influence on my behaviour.

I think my problem is understanding, for a linear parallel bond contact model, how the particle-parameters and the bond-parameters act or get influenced together. In my case for a grid, i.e. steel welded panel

If it can be useful for you, there is an example on PFC3D 6.0 of a triaxial sleeved test.
