In the Nigeria teaching hospitals patient and their relatives are complaining that consultants are using their patient to lecture and train their medical students. Is this an ethical breach or law?

As ethics requires informed consent before clinical trial or subjecting any patient to any clinical procedure, so should it be the case here!
