what time are we talking about?

With this sample size it can be drawn few firm conclusions. And it is hard to believe you can do a stratification based on these variables, at the risk of creating such small groups that can hardly provide useful information.

Another issue are the concepts: it is considered "falling in love" or "being in love"? It’s hard to believe that women spend 75% of their time falling in love. But it is also hard to believe that men do it 16% of the time.

It may need more information to participate in this conversation. In any case, the question that you close the title (Women And Men react differently to love? Why?) is the research question to which they must respond your data. And there is much literature available on this issue with larger samples and well designed methods.

Our sample of 57 individuals of the Yonkers population, quite diverse, does not allow us to generalize.However, the fact that uneducated women self report having falling in love often at 50% of the time when in the presence of potential mates  of the dating market suggests that rate to be originally the baseline in term of falling in love for women while women with few college credits report of having falling in love often at 25% of the time while in presence of potential mates.A discrepancy of 25% of difference identifies how education or absence of it predisposes women to fall in love at different frequencies.

We are replicating and testing our findings in Queens (Jamaica,Bayside & Corona), Long Island (Lynbrook), in Brooklyn and in Manhattan.

Is it really 'falling in love' or is it for the uneducated women a more developed inclination  to find a mate in order to survive?

In brief, socialization and education are the two factors that predispose graduate and partially educated women at meeting their ideal mates than uneducated women.   Both educated and uneducated women may compete for professional men but the law of demand and supply predisposes educated women  to please professional men. As a result, educated women have more access to meet competitive men than uneducated women. 

The major reason may have something to do with the difference in Biological makeup of both sexes. women are more emotional in their predisposition in terms of making judgement on issues that had to do with human feelings(love, anger, jealousy, revenge, forgiveness e.t.c.) when compare to their male counterpart. In terms of reasoning, women are more emotional while men are more logical. Women fall in love easily, fall out of love easily, get annoyed easily, as well as cry easily. All these human actions displaced by women may be attributed to their -biological, psychological as well as their cultural compositions.
