In order to create a compact JSON-LD serialize form of an Ontology using RDFlib Python Library. I need the given Ontology Context.
The compact form is the on that can be stored in ElasticSearch

Can you please define me what you mean with "Ontology context".
JSON-LD Context : Is a valid JSON document that have some information about elements used in a JSON-LD.
eg :

Using RDFlib I can move from a .owl to a json-ld. Unable to save the json-ld in ElasticSearch because of the format, I red that it should be compacted.
To compact json-ld to json the context is needed.

One solution can be PyLD : https://github.com/digitalbazaar/pyld . It is a free library that manages JSON-LD and obviously its compaction also.
This library follows the requirements of https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld-api/#compaction

I am reading and trying to understand how I can derive Context.
But still have some blockage.
For example how to I have the Context of Gene Ontology http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/go.owl
This is just one of the Ontologies I will use in my work.
