I am trying to simulate a research paper.I am getting the same result in CST and HFSS for my model .But both results are not as same as research paper.I have made every change (viz. materials, boundary, port size etc.). Can anyone help me out. Paper i follow is

I do not understand where i am wrong.

Thanks for your kind response.After refining the structure, my result become better even for first rectangular patch antenna model as attached herewith.
Second thing, a higher mode is also shown by the structure.Can you please help me how can i deteriorate this mode.

I would not be worried by a difference in S11 for an antenna that was below -20 dB. At these low levels very small differences in modelling can affect the result. Look at the comparison between the simulated and the measurement in the original paper - when they get that much difference, it makes your result look close. Look at the rest of the paper - in the results that matter, such as gain (and efficiency) and radiation pattern, the differences you are seeing (less than 1% variation of useful power) do not make any significant difference.
Your results are alright. As Malcolm White mentioned, usually measurements "go deeper" into S11 than simulations, due to unaccounted losses, so simulations should be used in a smart way, just to point out the direction the winds blowing.
The very fact HFSS and CST agreed is a sure signal you are/were on the right track. Below -30/-40 dB in measurements demands a lot from calibration and instrumentation, and two consecutive measurements do not give the same curve.
Be careful to replicate other folks' papers though. My experience tells me that sometimes a lot goes on between the real prototype and what's been reported. Reasons for that I leave for you to guess.
